Ohio's Rules of the Road Change

As of June 1, 2009, drivers who see a tow truck at the side of the road will have to move over or slow down, just as they must for stopped emergency vehicles.

Other changes include a higher speed limit for trucks: 65 mph on rural interstates instead of 55 mph -- and a requirement that the state establish transition zones when posted speed limits drop by 20 mph or more.

The law also requires drivers to turn on their headlights when they use windshield wipers in the rain.
